The missing operating layer

Your agency has the records.
Keelridge helps explain the business.

Most agencies already have an AMS, an accounting system, and a trail of exports and spreadsheets. The hard part is turning them into one reliable management rhythm without creating another client record.

Keelridge keeps the sources distinct, makes the differences visible, and gives each role an appropriate way to review what needs attention.

An honest system boundary

Keelridge does not become your second AMS.

Policy and client transactions remain in the system built to own them. Keelridge helps the agency understand performance, identify review work, and return to the authoritative record.

Straight answers

What Keelridge is—and is not.

Does Keelridge replace an agency management system?

No. The AMS remains the authoritative home for policies, clients, service history, and insurance transactions. Keelridge works alongside it for performance analysis and role-specific Book review.

Who is Keelridge for?

Keelridge is being developed first for owners of small and midsize independent property and casualty agencies with several account-team roles and recurring AMS and accounting reports.

What does Keelridge show an agency owner?

The current product combines agency financial reporting, in-force Book analysis, budgeting, Best Practices benchmark context, new-business tracking, and an explicit comparison between operating and accounting records.

What does an account manager see?

Account managers receive a focused view of their own Book, including personal performance metrics, upcoming renewals, premium-change flags, follow-up state, and rounding candidates. Sensitive agency-wide economics stay outside that view.

Is Keelridge generally available?

Not yet. Keelridge is in pilot development with one independent agency while the product, security boundaries, onboarding process, and commercial model are made repeatable.
