Keel Ridge Software

Software built from the operating questions inside an agency.

Keelridge is being developed alongside a working independent property and casualty agency. The product begins with the reports, source disagreements, renewal work, and management decisions its owners and teams face every month.

Why Keelridge exists

Agency systems hold records. Owners still have to reconstruct the business.

The independent agency market has capable management systems, accounting platforms, CRM tools, and increasingly broad AI products. Yet many operating answers still depend on exports, spreadsheets, setup expertise, and institutional memory.

Keelridge is a focused companion: preserve the chosen systems of record, make performance legible, and give each role a responsible review surface.

Company principles

How we intend to build.

01

Specific before broad

Solve a repeatable agency problem before claiming a platform category or universal integration.

02

Evidence before certainty

Show the source, time period, definition, and limitation behind consequential conclusions.

03

Respect system ownership

Do not create a competing policy record, service history, or client narrative.

04

People stay accountable

AI may shorten governed work; it does not replace licensed judgment or human review.

05

Earn expansion

Use the pilot to prove adoption, freshness, security, repeatability, and economics before scaling.

06

Say what is not ready

Paused modules, incomplete controls, and future capabilities do not become website claims.

Current stage

One pilot. A small founding cohort next.

Keelridge is not conducting broad client acquisition. We are preparing to work with up to three additional founding agencies after the security, onboarding, agreement, and pilot-measurement gates are ready.
