This is a paid pilot, not a finished-product claim or a disguised consulting project. The price is reduced because Keelridge needs engaged agencies to test the workflow and give direct feedback.
Good pilot fit
Optional context can make the product more useful. The agency may also provide commission statements, acquisition documents, and internal operating policies or best practices. These are optional; core setup depends on a usable AMS book-of-business export and accounting income statements. If the agency chooses to provide optional documents, ingestion may pass through a configured frontier AI model. Customer data is not used to train models, and document-grounded Q&A is not available in the current pilot. Before records are shared, Keelridge identifies the provider and applicable retention terms in the written pilot data-handling scope.
Security before onboarding
The current deployment model isolates each agency, begins with invite-only role access, keeps source records outside source control, and audits defined classes of sensitive activity. The public security page also names what Keelridge does not yet claim.

The core requirements are a usable book-of-business export from your AMS and income statements from your accounting system. Keelridge maps and validates the actual layouts during setup, so multiple AMS and accounting systems can be supported. More than two years of history is more useful, but it is not a hard minimum.
Yes. After setup, authorized agency staff can upload supported reports whenever they are available and refresh the relevant dashboards after review and confirmation.
Customer data is not used to train AI models. Some document processing passes through a frontier AI model under the product's configured data handling. The analytic assistant is read-only and does not currently answer from uploaded agency documents.
Provide the required reports and setup facts, use the product, and give practical feedback at kickoff, midpoint, and conclusion. No testimonial, public logo, referral, or case study is required.
