Keelridge does not hand an agency an empty dashboard and ask it to discover the definitions. The implementation maps the supported source package, operating questions, roles, and first validated reporting period.

Pilot feedback is not unlimited custom development.

Bugs, security fixes, and agreed configuration stay inside the product relationship. Feedback may inform the Keelridge roadmap, but no requested feature or delivery date is guaranteed.

An agency-specific report, workflow, calculation, or integration requires a separate written scope and price. Work with continuing infrastructure, processing, or support cost may also carry a recurring add-on. Keelridge may decline work outside the product's direction.

How is a paid pilot priced?

What happens when an agency requests a feature?

Feedback informs the Keelridge roadmap, but no requested feature is guaranteed. Bugs and agreed configuration stay within the product relationship; agency-specific reports, workflows, calculations, or integrations require a separate written scope and price. Work outside the product boundary may be declined.

Can an agency start immediately?

Not automatically. Conversations can begin now, but acceptance and onboarding begin only after fit is confirmed and the required security, onboarding, agreement, and pilot-readiness gates are satisfied.

Does a pilot require a testimonial or public logo?

No. A testimonial, referral, public logo, agency name, or case study requires separate permission after Keelridge has created real value.
